Senior Executive- Application Services

Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

  • Support users for review of functional specifications to meet business requirements.
  • Perform gaps analysis between functional/technical specifications and business requirements.
  • Provide analytical and technical expertise in the implementation of software application.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Test (UAT) planning, ensure readiness of UAT environment and support UAT for any Test Incident Report (TIR) raised by users.
  • Review QA report and production deployment checklist.
  • Provide technical support on root cause analysis and resolution for production problems on software application.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Computer Studies or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the NFO sales outlets by formulating and implementing promotional activities to achieve sales targets.

Executive – Procurement

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and works with all departments in procurement activities while ensuring compliance to Procurement Policies and Procedures.
  • Provides information, guidance and assistance to all end users in all aspects of procurement activities from sourcing to pre-qualification, selection of suppliers and tendering.
  • Reviews appropriate purchasing documents to ensure user specifications are clear, accurate and comprehensive as well as ensure procurement process is carried out consistently.
  • Maintains a comprehensive and up-to-date database of suppliers’ information including registration and evaluation so as to ensure readily available suppliers for present and future operational needs.
  • Monitors suppliers’ performance through regular surveys and feedback from end users and coordinates the inspection and evaluation of existing and new suppliers as per requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of related working experience. Fresh graduate can be considered.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficient in oral and written English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Good sense of responsibility, detail orientation, timeliness and good team collaboration.
  • Obtained good credits in English and Mathematics in SPM.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for customer account management including:
    • Processing of new customer registration
